Seeking a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will build and manage Ria Money Transfer's creator partnership program across diaspora communities in the U.S. and Canada, overseeing the full influencer lifecycle from sourcing to campaign execution and performance measurement. Key responsibilities Own the AMER influencer strategy, sourcing and vetting diaspora creators while aligning with cultural moments Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including negotiating contracts and coordinating bilingual content Track and report on key performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams to align creator activities with broader marketing goals Required qualifications At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management Bilingual in English and Spanish with bicultural marketing fluency Hands-on experience with influencer relationship management platforms Proven management of significant creator budgets with ROI reporting Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and attribution data
