You will work in centrally located commercial office buildings around the Albuquerque area, ensuring a convenient commute and comfortable indoor work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include:Unpack & Install: Bring energy and precision as you unpack, install, and rearrange commercial furniture to exceed customer expectations.Punctuality & Consistency: Show up ready to work and contribute daily, making reliability a cornerstone of our success.Blueprint Mastery: Follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed.Safety First: Prioritize safety by handling equipment responsibly and keeping your workspace clean and organized.Engage in Safety: Be an active participant in our safety program, helping create a secure environment for everyone.Initiative & Growth: Take ownership of your tasks and seek opportunities for cross-training, enhancing your skills and knowledge.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and follow company processes to ensure smooth operations.Positive Relations: Foster strong relationships with both coworkers and customers, contributing to a positive workplace culture.Skills & Abilities:A sense of urgency and a commitment to follow-through.Professionalism and punctuality as non-negotiables.Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.Physical Requirements:Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift.Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs.Qualifications:High school diploma preferred.Previous experience in office furniture installation is a plus.Familiarity with small hand tools is required.Ability to read blueprints is preferred.Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.If you're ready to take on a rewarding role in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
