Contributes to effective and efficient practice management policies and practices that support patient access to medical care. Manages patient care through appropriate use of available resources. Provides leadership for both practice and community relations. Demonstrates commitment to fellow employees and the practice. Requirements: Must hold a current valid medical license in the State of Texas (PA or FNP) Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Texas are encouraged to apply Primary care or family medicine experience required Complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies Contributes to a safe working environment Compassionate, patient-centered approach Demonstrated leadership, teaching, evaluation and communication skills Ability to influence/motivate others at all professional and administrative levels Access to protected health information: The entire file may be accessed for the purpose of delivering comprehensive coordinated care. The employee is limited to only what information is necessary to perform the task.
